What age of child can have a Party?
Any age! We just require a parent/guardian to be in the water with all children under the age of 3.

What type of Themed Parties do you offer?

Any theme, as long as we can find party supplies for it.

How many hosts will be with the Party?

Most of the time, one with parties of 10 children, but we may add more hosts if the party is larger or the kids are at a younger age.

Will a lifeguard be provided for the Party?

Yes, all party hosts are Lifeguard certified and will maintain safety in and around the water at all times.

Is there a required deposit when booking the Party?

Yes, there is a $150 deposit required at time of booking the birthday party package. This deposit is non-refundable. You will be required to pay the balance for the Birthday Party one week prior to the event.

Can an additional child be added the day of the party?

Yes, you will be required to pay the additional child fee for the chosen Birthday Package. We cannot guarantee the child added will be supplied with themed party supplies.

What if the additional child/children you paid in advance for are unable to make the party, can you get a refund? Unfortunately, not! We schedule party hosts, themed party supplies, food and pool time on your given party number.

What if my child and/or children in the Birthday Party have food allergies?

When booking your party, you will be asked to take home a party questionaire. We will ask for information regarding all party participants. This questionaire needs to be turned with the paid balance one week prior to the event.

What days do you offer Parties?

Parties are only Sundays 11:00am - 7:00pm

Are we allowed to take pictures during the Party?

Yes, of course. We do offer a photo with Petey the Shark for the Birthday child and some packages offer this for all the children. At an additional fee we offer underwater photos for the Red, Blue and Gold Packages.

What if the party participants are late to arrive?

We will have them join the party. But as the saying goes, "the party must go on" as scheduled.
