Starting on TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2020

FOR ALL SHALLOW WATER LOW IMPACT EXERCISE CLASSES, BOOT CAMP HIGH IMPACT EXERCISE CLASS AND OPEN SWIM

MUST SIGN UP DAY BEFORE OR DAY OF CLASS DURING BUSINESS HOURS (NO MESSAGES LEFT OVERNIGHT WILL BE ACCEPTED)...WE TAKE  1st 10 PARTICIPANTS WHO CALL IN.  CANNOT CALL AHEAD TO REGISTER FOR FUTURE DATES.  2 PERSONS WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR THE WAITING LIST AND WILL BE CALLED IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION. 

ALL PUNCH CARDS WILL BE GOOD FOR 10 X 40/45 MINUTES FOR $50.

PLEASE BRING YOUR PUNCH CARD TO THE CLASS COORDINATOR, THEY WILL COLLECT ALL PUNCH CARDS AND KEEP THEM ON FILE AT THE FRONT OFFICE.  MAKE SURE TO PLACE YOUR NAME ON THE PUNCH CARD.

A PUNCH WILL BE GIVEN FOR ALL HELD CLASSES UNLESS ONE OF THE 2 WAITING LIST PARTICIPANTS WERE ABLE TO FILL THE SPOT.


NO TOWELS PROVIDED AT THIS TIME...BRING YOUR OWN.

ENTER INTO THE FACILITY AT THE POOL DOOR.  CLASS COORDINATOR WELCOMES YOU INTO THE POOL AREA.  GIVE THE CLASS COORDINATOR YOUR PUNCH CARD AND NAME.  WHEN CLASS IS OVER, PLEASE WALK TO YOUR BELONGINGS AND EXIT THE FACILITY AT THE APPROPRIATE DOOR.  REST ROOMS ARE ONLY TO BE USED ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS.  

THE FRONT OFFICE WILL BE LOCKED, BUT YOU CAN REACH THEM BY CALLING 513-515-8468, TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

SORRY NO CHANGING OR SHOWERING IN THE REST ROOMS IS ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.

Shallow Water Low Impact Exercise Classes

$50 for 10 visit punch card (punch card can be used for 40/45 minutes of exercise class or 40/45 minutes of individual use without a teacher)

Lori’s H2O Skills is happy to introduce water exercise classes that are easy on your joints, helps relieve pain from arthritis and muscle problems. Our goal is to help you enjoy the benefits of the water in a warm, 90 degree salt water pool. The teachers will provide meaningful and appropriate exercises in the water. Equipment such as small dumb bells, kick boards, noodles, water exercise belts and other helpful tools maybe used during classes.

Our teachers like to be informed of all medical conditions, this helps with class setup and movements to avoid during classes. Please disclose these when enrolling for all exercise classes.

Lori’s H2O Skills would like to remind all participants to check their pockets and take off any unneeded jewelry before swimming. That tissue you may of forgotten breaks into many small pieces in the swimming pool and can cause an unwanted closure. Also, those beautiful rings and earrings somehow find a way to get lost in the filtration system, never to be found again. Lori’s H2O Skills is not responsible for any lost or left items at the facility.

Boot Camp High Impact Exercise Class

$50 for 10 visit punch card (punch card can be used for 40/45 minutes of exercise class or 40/45 minutes of individual use without a teacher)

Lori’s H2O Skills is happy to introduce a high impact water exercise class for those athletes who would like a more intense workout in the water. This is not for the beginner. There is bouncing on the bottom of the pool, arm extensions in and out of the water and more challenging format. Our goal is to help you enjoy the benefits of the water in a warm, 90 degree salt water pool. The teachers will provide meaningful and appropriate exercises in the water. Equipment such as small dumb bells, kick boards, noodles, water exercise belts and other helpful tools maybe used during classes. Please bring water for this class, we do not want you to overheat.

Our teachers like to be informed of all medical conditions, this helps with class setup and movements to avoid during classes. Please disclose these when enrolling for all exercise classes.
